1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, logging in, or using any service provided by sviv2 through the website sviv2.com, you hereby agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document. This agreement is final and takes effect immediately upon completion of your account registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please stop using the sviv2 platform immediately. sviv2 reserves the right to update or amend this document at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the sviv2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. sviv2 takes this age requirement very seriously and will terminate the account of any individual found to have registered below the stipulated age.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on sviv2. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must register using true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. False or misleading information will result in your account being terminated.
• Non-sviv2 employees: Employees, contractors, immediate family members, or parties with a direct interest in sviv2's operations are not permitted to register as regular members.

3 Account Registration and Security

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information requested by sviv2. All information will be verified through the KYC process before your account is fully activated for financial activity.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. sviv2 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, Live Chat, or Telegram. Anyone claiming to be a sviv2 representative and requesting your password is a scammer.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

All activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility. sviv2 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Sviv2 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit starts from RM10, depending on the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days after successful KYC verification. Express withdrawals are available for fully verified accounts.

• Welcome bonus: The first deposit bonus is awarded to new members who meet the minimum deposit requirement.

In the event of a technical disruption, server failure, or system error during an active game, sviv2 reserves the right to void the affected round or session and return the original bet to the member's account. Decisions made by the sviv2 system in such situations are final.

• Any attempt to hack, cheat, or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system is strictly prohibited.
• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play is a serious violation of these terms.
• Winnings obtained through unauthorized methods or fraud will be fully voided.
• Sviv2 maintains records of all gaming activity and reserves the right to review any gaming session where there are signs of suspicious activity.

7 Member Conduct and Prohibitions

All sviv2 members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with applicable laws when using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at other members or sviv2 staff through any communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your sviv2 account to another party.
• Using the sviv2 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Making false or misleading claims about sviv2 on any public platform.
• Registering a new account after your account has been blocked or closed by sviv2.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Sviv2 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or valid operational reasons.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the sviv2 customer support team via Live Chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after all outstanding wagering requirements are fulfilled and identity verification is successfully completed.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure at sviv2's discretion.
• Members whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to recover any bonus with outstanding wagering requirements.
• The decision to close an account due to a violation is final and cannot be appealed.

9 sviv2 Liability Limits

Sviv2 provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unplanned downtime. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, occasional disruptions may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

In all circumstances, sviv2's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the net deposit value made by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim. sviv2 is not liable for any anticipated profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Sviv2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on sviv2.com. We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the sviv2 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
